Dino Cusumano

Dino joined American Industrial Partners in 2000 and is a Managing Partner of the firm, where he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, evaluating investment opportunities, and overseeing transaction execution across the portfolio. Prior to joining AIP, he worked in the Investment Banking Department of J.P. Morgan, where he worked on merger and acquisition and capital-raising transactions primarily in the industrial sector. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Investment Banking Department at Wedbush Morgan Securities.

Dino holds a B.B.A. (with honors) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
