  • Manufacturing or industrial service companies with business-to-business selling relationships
  • Private or publicly held
  • Global in scope, with significant operations in the United States or Canada
  • Revenues of $200 million and higher for platforms (no size requirements for add-ons)
  • No EBITDA requirements (negative EBITDA acceptable for companies of scale)
  • Enterprise value up to $1.5 billion
